In November 2006, I lost my house and lot to bank foreclosure. Coming from a bad several months in real estate, I was not able to sustain the mortgage for my home. I was so devastated. Seeing the house I have so loved being sold and eventually being owned by another family was a very sad thing. The tears flowed. But with it came a very bright idea. My house, a REO property, was sold. It means there is a market for it. And being a real estate agent, I can sell foreclosed properties myself, too. Why didn’t I think of this before? God has His ways of making us see the light. This may be His way of making me see the light for myself. I wasted no time and learned how to do REO bank owned properties.

After a brief REO home study course, I took a more extensive REO training. I was up and about in just a few weeks, being able to sell my first REO within the same month I finished my course. In a short time, I am able to save up for a new home. I lost my previous house but have found something new for my career. Thank God.
